There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with 60plusIndia.in . We offer free delivery if the order is above Rs.899 or over, otherwise you will be charged an additional delivery charge depending upon the product. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with 60plusIndia.in. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders.
To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.
Payment Pending Authorization: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
Payment Authorized, Order under Processing: We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
Order Cancelled: The order was cancelled.
On the completion of payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will get a mail in your registered email id, along with an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming the order details.
You can cancel your order before it reaches the “Order shipped” state. You can do so by sending us an email to order@60plusindia.com with the order number.

Customers can schedule visits in advance for up to one year to make sure they don’t forget regular check-up routine for their parents or senior members. We have a 3 , 6 and 12 month package to pre-book regular visits by doctors, nurses, physiotherapists or psychologists.
This way customers can get free visits and better rates.
60plus India, takes the safety of our customers very seriously and it is our first priority. Hence we have come up with this designated family person concept.
Every senior citizen who wishes to avail any of our 60plus services, should give a designated family person’s contact details( someone who lives in the same time zone)
If their immediate family is living elsewhere in the world, then another designated family person 2 contact will also be created and contact details of both will be collected.
Every single service chosen by the customer will be alerted to the designated family person! The start and end of the service will also be alerted and they will be urged to call and talk to you for safety and security measures.
All our service providers are thoroughly vetted before sending them to customers for service. We will send you their 60plus India id card, their Government issued photo id proof and their degree certificate (where applicable) via email, whats app and the time and date they will visit you.
Our customer care agent will call you before they arrive and immediately after they leave, to ensure your safety.
Please do not let any other person inside along with the service provider we are sending.
Apart from the above mentioned safety precautions, we will be sending the same details we send you regarding the service personals to your children, friend or family members contact details which you have provided.
We will call/ alert sms/alert email your designated family person and inform them of the start and the end of the service to make sure you are completely aware of the time spent during the service.
We will send the OTP to our Service Staff. Kindly verify it with your message before letting the service person inside the house.
